Reservation Form for schools

General Rules

A minimum of twenty-five (25) students, excluding the accompanying adults, is required for any school group reservation;
Free of charge for accompanying adults based on a ratio of 1:15 students.

Payment Policy and Bank Transfer Information

A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total amount of the reservation must be paid upon receipt of the invoice to cover the administration and management costs and thus ensure the exclusivity of La Ferme d’André 2.0’ site.

The remaining balance must be paid no later than two (2) weeks before the date of the event by bank transfer or by direct deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Possibility of deposit refund if the reservation is cancelled in writing two (2) months prior to the date of the event or before. Beyond this time, the deposit is non-refundable.

La Ferme d’André 2.0 regularly uses pictures and videos where children appear during their visit for promotional purposes.
